NURU JHANGBU SHERPA, Climbing and Trekking guide of Mountain Sherpa Trekking is not only passionate about travel and adventure; he is passionate about change in Nepal's Tourism industry, believing that it brings about growth and opportunity.

Fondly known as Nuru, he was born in the village of Bupsa, Everest region in Nepal. Having been born in such a breathtaking landscape, education and interest for him have always been the mountains.

He began his career in adventure travel as a porter on the Everest Trek at the tender age of sixteen. He started working with Mountain Sherpa Trekking as a climbing and trekking guide in 2012. Ever since he has been proving and improving his skills.

The majority of Nuru’s career has been spent working for adventure tourism in Nepal. He has completed the Advance and Mountaineering Course & Trekking guide Course. He has led numerous groups very successfully. Such as Mera peak, Island peak, Pisang peak, Lobuche, Chulu West, Dhampus peak, Yalung Ri and Many more. He has led the expedition more technical peak and mountain expedition. He likes seeing new places and meeting new people and you will never miss the shy smile that lingers incessantly on his face.
