Our Baruntse Expeditions is lead by our expert Sherpa climbing guide. Baruntse is one of the picturesque mountains in Nepal. Mt. Baruntse is situated between Makalu and Lhotse at the epicenter of three glacier valleys containing Imja, Barun, and Hunku. Colin Todd and Geoff Harrow first climbed this mountain. It is surrounded on the east by the Barun Glacier flowing north south from Cho, to the northwest by the glacier of Imja Tse and the Hunku glacier forms the southeast border. Mountain Sherpa trekking & Expeditions organize this expedition on a ‘custom-made’ private basis for groups of friends, clubs, families or any other group. Our expedition crew and climbing Sherpa guides are well qualified and have got a lot of practical experience. So they can give all essential advice to take what all security and predictable dangers and how to tackle them. This increases our customers to have full self-confidence and courage.
As a local Sherpa company we offer reasonable package for Baruntse Expeditions and any other expeditions in Nepal. The Baruntse expedition is an opportunity for those with prior experience of climbing in the higher Ranges to take part in an advanced expedition to a major mountain. Climbing Baruntse from south East Ridge is bit hard because of being straight hard ways to climb. In the climbing route of Mt. Baruntse, there are hard parts of 50 Degree's altitude with a prominent ice cliff for ascending and facing the possibility of avalanche. Our climbers have succeeded this mountain mainly in the spring season. However, we also do organize this expedition in the autumn season too.
