• What types of accommodation do you offer in City, and can I choose my hotel category?

Answer: In the cities, we provide carefully selected 4-star and 5-star hotels in central locations with excellent service. We offer two all-inclusive packages based on 4-star or 5-star accommodation. If you prefer budget-friendly options, we can accommodate you accordingly and adjust the price.

You are also welcome to choose or book your city hotel yourself, or simply let us know which 4-star or 5-star hotel, or any hotel you would like to stay at, and we will be happy to arrange it for you.

• What types of lodge accommodation can I expect during the trek?

Answer: During the trek, you can expect three types of lodge accommodation, depending on the trek package and location: Standard, Deluxe, and Luxury lodges.

1. Standard Lodges: These provide clean and comfortable rooms with shared bathroom facilities. Hot showers are usually available in a common shower area (sometimes for an additional cost). This is the most common accommodation on classic trekking routes.
2. Deluxe Lodges: These offer private rooms with attached bathrooms and hot showers, where available. Deluxe lodges provide a higher level of comfort than standard lodges and are commonly used on our regular Everest Base Camp treks.
3. Luxury Lodges: Luxury lodges offer the highest level of comfort available in the Himalayas. In addition to all standard room amenities, they typically include attached bathrooms, hot showers, electric blankets, unlimited boiled and filtered drinking water, bathroom slippers, and hair dryers available on request (facilities may vary by lodge and altitude).

For example, if you choose our Luxury Everest Base Camp Trek, you will stay in luxury lodges wherever available along the route. On our best Everest Base Camp Trek, accommodation is generally in deluxe lodges, with standard lodges used at higher elevations where deluxe options are limited.

• What types of transportation services can I expect during my holiday in Nepal?

Answer: During your holiday in Nepal, we provide comfortable, reliable, and well-organized transportation throughout your journey. All airport transfers, city tours, and road travel are arranged by private vehicles for your safety and comfort.
For treks such as Everest Base Camp, we arrange domestic flights and, for luxury options, private or shared helicopter services. For treks in regions like Manaslu and Annapurna, we provide private 4WD jeeps suited to mountain terrain.
