2. Guide and Drivers

1. Your tour guide or airport guide will meet you at airports holding our greeting banner with your name and trek/tour name on it.
2. Our expert Sherpa trek and Tour guides are honest, easy going, fun and helpful.
3. Drivers are banned from talking or smoking when driving during tour.

3. Flexible itinerary

• Your Trek and climbing trips will be operated and organized according to your itinerary. You are free to trek at your own pace and flexible to change anytime if required
• For city, your tour guide will double check the itinerary with you at the very beginning, so we can make a quick adjustment if there is any difference.
• For Cultural Tour, Please be noted that there may be extra charges if you decide to add a program that is not indicated in the itinerary

4. Hotel accommodations

• Mountain Sherpa Trekking & Expeditions can arrange a wide range of hotels to meet different budgets from customers, from budget to luxurious, boutique to heritage Hotel. All hotels are clean, secure, comfortable and evaluated by us on a regular basis based on customer feedback.
• Please be noted that an extra cost will be on your own if you make any change after your itinerary is finally confirmed.
